The crash occurred at about 10:50 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11.
Kongmi Khu, 32, of Brooklyn, NY, will be charged with vehicular manslaughter and other offenses, police said.
Khu was driving south and crossed the double yellow lines in an attempt to pass two other vehicles before slamming into a northbound car, Hopewell Township police said.
The 13-year-old killed in the crash was a front-seat passenger in Khu’s sedan, police said. The teenager was airlifted to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The 59-year-old man from Ewing driving the northbound car was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. He was alone in the car.
Police didn’t release the names of the two people killed.
Two rear-seat passengers in Khu’s sedan — two women ages 32 and 35 – were hospitalized in serious condition after the crash.
